Provide marketing and communications consultation to help Clients develop identities and messages for their products and services that are consistent with the overall image and identity that meet the needs and expectations of their constituencies.

Work with Clients to develop effective marketing plans, campaigns and tactics that are consistent with their identity and appropriate for their selected target audiences.

Provide on-message writing and identity-directed design for print publications, including booklets, brochures, postcards, direct mailers, posters, invitations, flyers and specialty publications.

Responsible for the overall design of client's web site and maintenance of the site; provide content and design for all web pages. Also assist in review, organization, content consultation, redesign and deconstruction of "current" web site to conform too the newly established or re-positioned identity.

Coordinate and provide copywriting and design for broadcast e-mail and other e-marketing communications.

Maintain master files for all designed identity marks, including clients logo and promotional product layouts. Provide any PMS colors, embroidery stops and answer questions about use of identity marks, trademarks and changes or customizations. Fulfill identity graphic requests and provide assistance to vendors and other users of identity marks to ensure quality and consistency while maintaining cost efficiency.

Coordinate segmentation and buying for print advertising and provide copywriting and design services to publication specifications. Also assist with broadcast media buying and message development.

Assist with writing bound for external audiences and editorial services for written material. Ensure that all marketing communications are accurate, credible, conform to client styles and are free from error.

Provide photography services with in-house assistance when possible and arrange for professional photographers as needed.

Provide direction, negotiation and management for creative agencies, freelance writers, editors, designers and photographers.
